How We Obtain Consent
Moto Monkeys LLC obtains consent verbally before sending SMS messages.
Riders provide their phone number during registration or in person before participating in a timed riding session. Before any text messages are sent, each rider is asked if they would like to receive automatic lap time notifications by SMS. No text messages are sent unless the rider explicitly agrees.
Verbal Consent Script
"Hi, this is Moto Monkeys LLC. Would you like to receive your lap times by text message during today's riding session?
If you agree, you'll receive an automatic text message each time you complete a lap with your lap time.
Message frequency depends on how many laps you complete. Message and data rates may apply.
You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages or HELP for assistance."

Moto Monkeys LLC does not send promotional messages, advertisements, scheduling updates, newsletters, or marketing communications through this messaging program.
Opt-Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

You will receive a confirmation message and no additional lap time notifications will be sent unless you opt in again.
